The Pro-Active Connect managed service will provide the end user with a set amount of hours a month for phone/remote and on-site support. This allows a company to structure an IT budget for support for the year. Monthly reports on service is provided for client review.

The On-Call Connect managed service is a pre-paid service that provides a discount on the nominated fee selected. This service can have all the benefits of the Pro-Active Connect managed service without set hours of use per month. This pre-paid service unlike the DrGroup’s competitors does not have an expiration date. The amount nominated is drawn down only when used for service and will carry on through to the next financial year. Monthly reports on service is provided for client review.

Our help desk provides immediate assistance – and in the majority of instances, attends to problems remotely without any need for physical on-site intervention. Where the pro-active Help Desk cannot resolve the problem, the many Dr+Group service centres provide rapid on-site repairs at discounted set rates.
